SF - SP - SFM - SPM SERIES

The filters series SF, SP, SFM, and SPM have been developed for use in the suction line. They work completely immersed in the oil tank. Series “SF” and “SP” are available both with and without bypass valve.

The filters in series “SFM” and “SPM” are equipped with a magnet shaft capable of retaining any solid metallic contaminant which has passed through the filter media. These filters are not available with by-pass valve.

Maximum nominal flow: 760 L/min.

AFI SERIES

The AFI series is particulary suitable for industrial use, to be installed on return and suction lines.
Operating at a maximum pressure of 20 bar, they can be used also on low pressure lines.

Maximum nominal flow: 550 L/min.

AFR SERIES

AFR is the series to be installed on return and suction lines; the range includes four different sizes with nominal flow rates up to 80 L/min.

Maximum nominal flow: 80 L/min. 

FOA SERIES

FOA is the series of filters for the high pressure line of hydraulic systems used with flanged connections on the tank wall below the fluid level.

The oil leakage is avoided, during the replacement of the filtration element, by a stop valve.
 

The design of FOA series allows OMT customers to choose the most suitable type to meet their own needs, equipping the filter with a magnetic column, a by-pass valve and a wide range of stoppage indicators.

Maximum nominal flow: 160 L/min.

SFB SERIES

The filters of our SFB series are suitable for use in suction lines of external pumps, with flow rates up to 900 L/min.

Flanged to the tank side underneath the oil level, their pressure loss is maintained at a minimal level.

They are equipped with a particular closing mechanism, the element can be exchanged without having to empty the tank.

As these filters are equipped with an magnetic shaft designed to capture metallic contaminant particles, they will not be supplied with a by-pass valve.

An electrical indicator for the signalling of the closed position of the inlet port and an electrical clogging indicator with settable pressure are available.

Maximum nominal flow: 900 L/min.

AIR FILTERS

TSA SERIES

Air filters are mounted on oiltanks with the aim to filter the air.

They are also mounted in suction of compressors and engines.

Available with BSP threads.
Replace elements are regenerated in velvet net in 40 Micron.

CSA SERIES

Air filters are mounted on oiltanks with the aim to filter the air.

They are formed by a SPIN-ON replace element to screw to a support to be welded or to be flanged to the oil tank.
